The amount of personal training sessions may vary based on your goals. Speaking with a personal trainer and taking exact measurements is one of the best ways to find out how long it will take. For example, if your goal is to lose 10 pounds, it could take as few as 24 sessions or as many as 200. No matter what, our personal trainers are here to give you the information, support, and accountability that you need. At City Athletix, all of our Certified Personal Trainers are experienced in all types of athletic training whether it’s for overall health, weight loss or muscle gain. All clients that sign up for Personal Training get a custom tailored program that is fit for their needs.
